Whether you are new to meditation or a seasoned veteran, I offer numerous types of meditation practices. Here you will find personal, group and corporate meditation packages that I offer, each of which can also be personally customized for you.
CORPORATE MEDITATION OFFERINGS
The research is clear. Meditation and mindfulness is essential to growing and nurturing employees. It promotes self-awareness, clarity and leads to increased productivity.
For those who would like to bring meditation and mindfulness into their organization, but aren’t sure where to start, you can start with these intro packages which can be customized to your preference:
Package 1: Starting Your Practice:
This package consists of an introductory session, six meditation sessions, and an audio recording which will be provided to all participants after each session. Optional weekly/monthly mindfulness check ins can be added. Frequency of sessions will be determined in consultation.
*note: After the six sessions are completed, if you and your organization would like to continue with the introductory package, you are more than welcome to. Otherwise, you can also opt for “Growing Your Practice”.
Package 2: Growing Your Practice:
This package will build upon the practices and experiences participants have undergone from “Starting Your Practice.” It will include a deep dive into subtler aspects of meditation, followed by twelve meditation sessions. Audio recordings will be provided to all participants. Optional weekly/monthly mindfulness check ins can also be included. Frequency of sessions will be determined in consultation.
*note: After the twelve sessions are completed, if you and your organization would like to continue, you can opt to sign up for another twelve sessions or can choose Package 3.
Package 3: Customize your practice
For those who want to customize, the sky’s the limit. You can find an entire a la cart listing of all the meditation practices I offer (towards the bottom of this page) which can be customized into any package you would like to create.

MEDITATION FOR COUPLES | PARTNERS | FRIENDS | EVENTS
A great way to spend time together or a thoughtful addition to any event, these highly customized sessions are tailored for you and your loved ones. Book a morning/afternoon/evening and go deeper into your self and your breath.
Each meditation session will be thoughtfully curated and crafted in consultation with you. This will include determining the length of the session, the practices included, the depth of explanation and tailored takeaways. A list of different meditation practices can be found below.

1:1 MEDITATION FOR BEGINNERS AND INTERMEDIATES
(6 ONLINE SESSIONS)
The BEGINNER package is for:
Those who have never practiced meditation but want to incorporate a consistent practice,
Those who have dabbled in meditation but haven’t found a practice they found spoke to them and/or struggled with consistency.
Those who would like to deepen their understand of meditation and learn a variety of practices.
The INTERMEDIATE package is for:
Those who have a consistent meditation practice or are striving to maintain a consistent practice.
Those who have regularly practiced meditation for at least one year and are looking to deepen and widen the scope of their practice.
Those who want to learn advanced meditation practices and learn how to teach meditation to others.
Each session will be one hour in length and will be individually tailored to you. Sessions will include: theory, an evaluation of what types of practices will be best for you, actual practice of different meditations and time for questions. An audio recording of each meditation practice will be sent after class and an ongoing plan as to how to keep the practice going consistently will be co-created.
*This can also be tailored for groups of 2-5 people
